See where the train stopped in the 1800’s to let rail passengers freshen up. Enjoy your cocktail to go as we stroll through Historic Cedarburg on your way to the charming Galioto’s Vintage Grill. Whether you ordered the finest cut of meat, something from the sea, or anything in between, Chef Dave Galioto use the freshest ingredients to prepare the finest cuisine to your order. After fine dining it is time to spoil your pallet with something from Cedarburg’s famous Amy’s Chocolate. Amy’s award-winning caramel is made from scratch daily, using old-world copper kettles, made in small batches to ensure freshness & quality. Taste the purity that you remembered as a child. It is time for a carriage ride to the mill where the water is heard splashing over the Cedar Creek Dam. Your carriage drivers will guide you along the waters board walk where hiding in the mill is the secret Silver Creek Brewery. Silver Creek serves up five of its own brews as well as eight rotating specialty beers. While sipping on any of the wide selection of beers or an after dinner drink, snack on fine cheeses, smoked sausages, and fresh baked rolls. The pub has a beer garden situated on Cedar Creek, surrounded by water on three sides. There is live music every Saturday night. Let the evening begin.
